Only email address and password is needed to become a member. Although there are many fields available to fill within the “register” page of the site, these are not crucial to becoming a member.

How do I post photos onto freeliftruck.com?
If you would like to sell material handling equipment on our website, the first step is to register. A green box on the right hand side of the home page will begin your process as well as “click here to start uploading your equipment” located under the navigation bar.
-Once you have completed the form, you must “log in”.
-Please review the rest of the FAQ area to assist you in uploading of photos.
-If you have already registered, please “log in” and proceed to the upload equipment link,
within the “My Inbox” area.
Is there a limit on the number of photos I can have?
Yes, there is a limit to the number of photos you can have. The maximum number is 6. We are aware displaying multiple photos will drive more leads to your equipment, so we have provided a user- friendly interface to help you upload the photos of your equipment and easily promote it online.
Is there an image size limit on a photo I upload?
-Thumbnail photos will be limited (and automatically converted) to a 90 x 68 pixel area.
-Once the image is clicked on, it will open a 640 x 480 image (this is also the maximum image size).
-Avoid image distortion by making sure the image is resized proportionately
Smaller is better:
-Keeping your photos fewer than 100KB will reduce loading time (both uploading & viewing).
-The simplest way to keep the files within these limits, utilize the “Save for web & devises” feature found under “file” on most photo editing software.
-Select a resolution of 72dpi.
-Observe a maximum image size of 640x480 pixels.
-Adjust image quality. (A quality level below "Medium" is not recommended.)
Which file formats do we accept?
Only images in .jpeg form will/can be uploaded to the site
I posted a photo but I don't see it in the gallery anymore.
Our technicnal department reviews all photos that have submitted to the site. If you find your photo has been removed this is because it does not meet our quality assurance.
Can I delete my photo after I've submitted them to freeliftruck.com?
Yes, you control the information and images that are associated with your listing. You have the ability to delete the entire equipment posting, or delete a single image. All postings can be edited even after submitted to the site. Selecting the “sold” icon, will remove the item from the site and listings.
How long will my listing(s) be on the site?
Your listing(s) will remain on our site until your forklift is sold or is removed by the user. To ensure the quality and freshness of our site, your listing will be removed if we determine that the user has not logged into their account for 90 days. You will be required to re-enter any/all equipment information if your account has been inactive for 90 days.
If I'm not a forklift dealer do I need to register to view the site?
No. Listings are available for browsing by anyone. No password or login is required.
Do I need to be registered with freeliftruck.com to buy equipment listed on the site?
No. There are no requirements for a potential buyer. Buyers need only provide contact information and level of interest.
How do I know if I'm logged in?
Once you are logged in, you will be automatically directed to the “My Profile” page. While on the site, your site link options will include “My Home”
Does freeliftruck.com sell forklifts?
No, we do not sell equipment of any kind. We are simply a means to connect buyers and sellers.
How much does it cost to list equipment?
To list equipment is absolutely free. Just register or log in.
How am I billed?
Only the seller is ever billed by freeliftruck.COM. They are charged $7.99* to purchase the lead. Once the lead is purchased and the potential buyer's information is submitted, it is the duty of the seller and potential buyer to complete the transaction. All transactions can be paid by major credit card or PayPal
How do I retrieve a lost/forgotten password?
On the home page, within the green box, simply click "forgot your password" and follow the instructions.
